Details
• 30-minute facial appointments cannot be booked more than one time per day and cannot be combined for back-to-back facial appointments.

• Rescheduling or canceling appointments: no-shows and late cancellations are charged a $70 late-cancel fee per appointment. All cancellations or reschedules must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment; otherwise it counts as a late cancel.

• Your licensed esthetician will advise you on the frequency of facials that is best for your skin. We reserve the right to pause or end a membership if the frequency of facials is against their strong advice.

• Facials begin on time, so please don’t be late. Add-ons and enhancements are sold separately; members receive 50% off every add-on and enhancement. Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the member.

• 20% off product: 20% off full-price retail products, available every visit, redeemed in studio. Not valid on mini or trial sizes, and not combinable with any other discount or promotion.

• Pauses: one membership pause per year, for 1 to 3 months. Your rate and benefits are unchanged when you return.

• Canceling your membership: you may cancel at any time, in person at your studio, through your online account, or by email to Boulder@cleanyourdirtyface.com. Requests received at least 10 days before your next autopay take effect before that charge; requests received later take effect before the following charge. To cancel by email, send: “Please cancel my Clean Your Dirty Face membership. Name: ___. Phone or email on file: ___.” We will confirm your cancellation in writing the same day. There is no fee to cancel and no fee to rejoin; returning members rejoin at the then-current membership price.

• Changes to these terms: we reserve the right to modify these terms, including, without exception, pricing, benefits, discounts, and offerings, with advance notice as required by law. Notice will be sent to the email address on your account and will include the effective date and how to cancel. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

• Your membership is with Clean Your Dirty Face - Boulder, an independently owned and operated franchisee of Clean Your Dirty Face®. A copy of these terms is emailed to you at sign-up and is available at your studio on request.

• Acknowledgment: by purchasing this membership, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Unlimited Membership terms.
