Cancelation Policy

Liability Waiver

In consideration of my desire to engage in services at Clean Your Dirty Face (CYDF), I understand and agree that the information that I provide at the time of my appointment to the staff is correct, and that I have not withheld any information that may be relevant to my treatments at CYDF (including, but not limited, to allergies, cosmetic procedures, medications, etc). I understand and agree that participation by me in this activity is entirely voluntary, I assume full responsibility for ANY injuries or damages which may occur during services at CYDF (including, but not limited to, death), I waive/release/agree to hold harmless and indemnify CYDF, its employees, agents, officers and directors against any and all claims any way connected with my participation in CYDF services. This agreement is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. If I am the parent/guardian of an underage child, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined here on behalf of my underage child. If I am currently pregnant or lactating, I acknowledge and certify that I have my doctor's permission to receive this service. 

Booking / Late Cancel / No Show 

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking an appointment through MindBody is subject to the following terms:

- You may cancel or modify your appointment anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. 

- If you cancel or modify your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment time, the prepaid deposit and/or unused facial voucher will remain on your Clean Your Dirty Face account for you to use at a later date.

- Any cancelations within 24 hours will be considered a “Late Cancelation” and will result in a $70.00 charge, or loss of the facial on a membership/pack. 

- If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged the full $70.00 cost of a facial, or lose the facial on a membership/pack. 

- Appointments that are booked within 24 hours are still subject to the cancelation policy.

- To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Facials begin on time so please don’t be late. 

- Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them. 

- Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

Taxes/Fees

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
